Both tools by Echobot and Leadfeeder complement each other ideally. In combination, we are uniquely positioned to benefit from a massively growing market segment.

The goal of the merger is to become the leading sales intelligence and go-to-market platform for our core European and North American markets. By combining the two companies, we can create the next generation of sales intelligence and go-to-market platforms.

Both companies have similar values, and the corporate cultures also shows strong parallels: Transparency and openness as well as flexibility and trust are very important for the management of both companies. Likewise, the employees of both companies are ambitious, motivated, and looking forward to a common and exciting journey as well as the future cooperation.
A clear no! Quite the opposite. Echobot and Leadfeeder are on a steep growth journey and therefore looking for motivated and dedicated individuals to join the rocket ship. Our employee growth is not limited to the upcoming period! We want to hire more employees in the future and aim for sustainable growth to become the leading sales intelligence and go-to-market platform.
In addition to working with international colleagues and the possibility of working abroad, we are on a strong development journey. This means that growth is taking place in every department and in every team: new structures, growing and emerging teams, and a rising need for new managers. In addition, each employee has the opportunity to take on responsibility, contribute his or her own ideas, help shape processes and thus actively design the future of the company.
It is important to us to take your individual wishes into account when choosing where and how you want to work. Therefore, we have a solution for remote working that ranges from 100% remote to 100% in the office. Along this line, any arrangement is possible and during the recruiting process we will find a solution that fits your individual life situation. In the future, Echobot’s office in Karlsruhe will become the Echobot headquarters which is supposed to be available to everyone as a place to work.
Once a year, we will organize a team week for both companies. Here, all employees come together in one place and spend time together in workshops and activities that make us all a team. In addition to the big team week, there are opportunities to work offsite and from other offices to get to know the other team members.
To keep all employees well informed and give access to important information, all announcements are made in online meetings and recorded so everyone can attend regardless of location or watch the recording afterwards. To enable communication throughout the company and achieve international understanding, these meetings are held in the official company language, English.

  6. Welcome to Echobot!

Your first two weeks are considered an “onboarding period”. Here you will get to know different departments and their tasks, so you can better fulfill your job later on. Your supervisor and the colleagues from your future department will be mentoring you. Our HR department is always there for questions as well.
